Hit 100g protein on a fully vegan day for the first time. Tofu, dal, peanuts, and a soy smoothie did it. Felt strong in legs today.

Quick lunch: tofu bhurji + roti + cucumber salad. ~35g protein, 15 min, no fancy ingredients. Tried this on a busy work day, no crash after.
